Exchange students can choose courses from our designated course catalogues below. These courses are for both primary (1-4th grade) and pre-school (age 3-6) educators.
Please make sure to read the following instructions carefully.
Courses for autumn/winter are published in April; courses for spring/summer are published in October/November.
Please choose courses that match your home studies. Mixing courses from different areas can result in timetable conflict.
Some courses are on a first come first serve basis. These courses have limited availability therefore it is necessary to regulate it. These courses are indicated in the catalogues.
Every student will be registered to the courses in our Neptun system by the faculty Erasmus+ coordinator.
Please note that courses can change any time before the semester start for different reasons therefore, we cannot 100% guarantee that you’ll get into all desired courses.
Changes made to the Learning Agreement can be done until the end of the university course application period (second week of September / February).
Language requirements
Our courses are offered in English and German languages. Intermediate Level B2 State – Accredited Language Certificate (oral and written) or a signed university certificate is required from those who are not native speakers in any of these languages.
Please note, in our faculty the minimum credit number that is required to fulfil is 20 ECTS (as it is stated in the Erasmus+ programme rules). You can do less, of course, but only by the request of your sending university. We recommend students taking courses somewhere between 20 – 30 ECTS.
Additional opportunities
Those who are studying to become pre-school teachers (age 3-6) can also choose from our Kindergarten Education BA programme. If you choose to take courses from this programme, please make sure to check with our coordinator first as not all of them are available for Erasmus students. Thank you!
Students can do internship during their exchange period in limited numbers. If you are interested in this opportunity, please make sure to let our faculty’s coordinator know about it in the special request section of your application form.
